We want your visit to be as relaxing and effortless as possible. Here’s a few tips to help you make the most of your time at Ameline.
Reservations
To ensure your preferred time and therapist, we recommend booking in advance, as our treatments are thoughtfully scheduled and often fully reserved.
Arrival
Arriving 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment allows you to settle in, unwind, and begin your experience calmly. Treatments will conclude at the scheduled time to respect all guests.
Changes & Cancellations
Should you need to reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges for reserved treatment time.
Health Considerations
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy prior to your visit so we can tailor your treatment with the utmost care and safety.
Digital Pause
We invite you to silence your devices and embrace a moment of uninterrupted relaxation.
Privacy & Comfort
Your therapist will guide you through each step of your treatment. You will be discreetly draped at all times to ensure complete comfort and privacy.
Personal Belongings
For your peace of mind, we recommend leaving valuable items at home. Ameline cannot assume responsibility for unattended belongings.
Children
To maintain a serene environment for all guests, treatment areas are reserved for adults and children aged 6 years and above.
Smoke-Free Environment
Our sanctuary is entirely smoke-free to preserve a clean and holistic atmosphere.
Alcohol
For optimal therapeutic benefits, we advise avoiding alcohol prior to your treatment.
